Front-End Developer
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and Optimize Web Applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Collaborate with Project Managers and Designers to ensure the technical and visual aspects meet the project needs.Implement Responsible Web Design Principles to ensure that the website renders well across multiple devices.Write Reusable Code and Libraries for future use.Maintain Brand Consistency Throughout Design while adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.Ensure Compliance with Web Standards and Accessibility Guidelines.Participate in Discussions on Project Scope and Planning, providing technical insights.Conduct User Research and Evaluate User Feedback to enhance the performance and usability of the products.Stay Informed of International Development Trends to incorporate best practices into the project.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
At least 2 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.Previous experience in development projects, particularly with international organizations or in the development sector, is desirable.Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.Familiarity with tools such as Gulp or Grunt and front-end build tools like webpack.Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.Demonstrated ability to handle SEO principles and ensure that application will adhere to them.Analytical and multitasking skills with an ability to perform well in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
